In this 1 day program you will learn:

  • The adaptive functions of worry, anxiety and stress.
  • The purpose of worry, anxiety and stress in our lives and how these dynamics help
  • How we get “in the way” of working functionally with worry, anxiety and stress.
  • How to work well with worry, anxiety and stress to transform your health and your life.

Tools you will walk away with include:

  • Powerful new awareness processes which will mess with your mind (in a very good way) and trigger deep insights which change how you perceive the world.
  • Meditation processes – traditional and new (meditation is evolving too).
  • Empowering breath and body-work techniques .
